Small commercialDuct cleaning for shops, offices and small buildings.

The same careful work we do in homes, scheduled around your hours so your customers and staff barely notice us.

A technician on a stepladder works on a round ceiling diffuser in a small-town bakery under a pressed-tin ceiling while the owner looks on.
The short answer

We clean air ducts for small commercial spaces such as shops, offices and small buildings, scheduled around your business hours. We clean ceiling diffusers, returns and main duct runs. Commercial kitchen grease exhaust is a separate specialty and is not what this page describes.

What small commercial spaces do you clean?

Shops, offices, small clinics and storefronts, main-street buildings with a few units, and similar small buildings with a duct system we can reach. Tell us what the building is, roughly how big it is and how it is heated and cooled, and we will say honestly whether it is a fit. Large buildings with complex systems are a job for a company set up for them.

What does a small commercial cleaning cover?

  • Ceiling diffusers and return grilles
  • Main supply and return runs we can reach
  • Equipment-room and air-handler access areas that are safe to reach
  • Dryer or exhaust vents, where a shop has them, on request

Scope goes in the written estimate, and we agree the schedule with you first.

How do you work around business hours?

We schedule around when you are open. Early morning, evening or weekend visits are one way to keep the shop running, and we will talk through what works for your space before we book. We protect floors and displays near the work area, and we tell you what we found when we finish.

What is not included?

Commercial kitchen grease exhaust hoods and ducts are a separate specialty, governed by fire-safety standards such as NFPA 96, and need a company trained for it. If your building has a restaurant kitchen, ask us and we will say plainly whether it is something we handle. Repairs to heating and cooling equipment go to a licensed contractor.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Can you clean after hours?

Yes, we plan visits around your business hours and will talk through what works for your space when you get in touch.

Do you clean restaurant kitchen exhaust?

No. Grease exhaust cleaning is a separate specialty. We clean the general air ducts of a small building, and we will say plainly if something is outside our work.

How is a commercial job priced?

By the size of the building, the number of diffusers and returns, and how easy the ductwork is to reach. Email us a few details and we will quote in writing.

Do you work on rentals and property-managed buildings?

Often, yes. A change of tenant is a sensible moment for a cleaning. Tell us who to coordinate with and we will work it out.
